TALK
stands for Talk About Literature in Kansas,
a program for every Kansan who loves to read and discuss good books.
Each TALK series is built around an entertaining
and thought-provoking topic of interest to adult readers. The books
in each series are selected for reader appeal, literary quality,
and relevance to the series theme.
TALK provides exciting programs from the Kansas
Humanities Council. The local sponsor—a library, senior center,
historical society, or other nonprofit group—selects the series
to present to the community. KHC helps by providing multiple sets
of books, discussion leaders, and special publicity materials to
the sponsoring group. Choose from 31 TALK series
featuring 143 titles.
