To Make a Nomination

KHC accepts nominations on a year-round basis.

Information to send to KHC:

1. Name and address of nominee.
2. Nominee's position/title, place of employment.
3. Nominee's daytime phone, fax, e-mail.
4. A statement indicating why you believe this nominee is a good candidate to serve on the KHC board of directors.
5. Please tell KHC how to contact you in case we need your help to complete the nomination processs (your name, address, daytime telephone, e-mail).
